My roles & defining accomplishments

Director, Demand Generation / ZoomInfo

I drove all aspects of demand generation including defining strategy, aligning the teams on goals, and executing across channels. Drove a 3x reduction in cost per opportunity, while driving a 50% lift in opportunity creation. Led the GTM for MarketingOS, ZoomInfo's new ABM platform.

As the first dedicated marketing and product executive, my work was broad. I focused on building the team, repositioning the brand, driving demand gen, leading product strategy, and implementing our GTM strategy. Deployed CRM and pipeline automation, defined MQL SLAs, and created pipeline analytics. Traffic up 4x. Pipeline volume up 3x. Subscribers on Theatro increased 10x.

I developed a new research practice covering the rise of the "Digital Store". Published over 30 retail industry research reports. Featured in WSJ, NPR, Bloomberg and others. Additional research conducted on IoT, BLE, location analytics, order management (OMS), and commerce suites.

Generated a 35% improvement in 12 month active customers for a previously declining business. With the help of a data scientist,  areas of opportunity were pinpointed, and an execution plan was implemented with great success.

Was key in defining, building, and operating a new top-tier eCommerce platform for this $400m online retailer. Tested, analyzed and implemented a free shipping model, leading to a 30% lift in conversion & customers, and 3% lift in demand.

Built the first social commerce shopping site in retail. Shoppers could build and share outfits, leading to a 10% lift in incremental revenue. Total revenue up 5x during tenure.
